Sandvik offer the specification, design, supply, testing, installation and commissioning services for TLO based on the project requirements of our customers.
The Train Loadout System (TLO) comprises an assembly of mechanical components along with the necessary hydraulic, electrical/controls and weighing systems to control the loading of materials into rail wagons at a nominal payload and loading rate. Sandvik offers loading solutions to customers needing a silo structure or a TLO being fed from a stockpile.
Leveraging our Australian based R&D team, Sandvik have a proven track record optimising and improving our TLO loading equipment designs to satisfy the needs of our customers. Be it innovation in new ways/systems to improve loading accuracy, improving our design for maintenance and changeout or adding new features to improve wagon volume utilisation, Sandvik are always open to work with our customers to find a solution to their challenges.
