How does DeckMapp™ work

From displaying and updating deck layouts, measuring panel wear, undertaking deck maintenance and providing reports on work undertaken, to generating reports on what needs to be ordered for the upcoming shutdown, DeckMapp™ ensures all tasks centred around screening media are managed within one seamless digital interface.

The tools your team needs to succeed

  • Dashboard

A complete record of everything related to the screening media assets, from recent maintenance activities, deck layout updates and any important conversations between internal and external teams, such as trial outcomes or a proposal status.

  • Screen Assets

Set up all the site assets in the DeckMapp™ database, with machine details, application data and shutdown frequency.

  • Deck Layout

Displays the deck layout only. Typically accessed by users who do not need to modify deck layouts, but need to see what parts and quantities are used, or to find panel information.

  • Maintenance

Create a maintenance activity, where the operator can enter wear measurements and record maintenance tasks. A raft of maintenance options are available, from rotating panels, swapping them with another location, relocating and replacing the original panel. Replace panels or use AI to measure panel wear, and recommend if the panel need to be replaced by assessing if the panel will make it to the next shutdown.

  • Edit Deck

Edit the deck layouts with a full range of options to add, remove or edit existing panels and their locations, as well as adding sideliners and other deck components. If you wanted to create a layout proposal, this is handled as a separate deck type, or you may wish to create a trial deck which will operate for a certain period. Finally publish your updated deck layout, or with full version control you can revert to a previous version. You can also update panel details such as weight, open area, working depth, failure working depth, aperture width and failure aperture width. All deck infomation can be exported to a csv file if required.

  • Heat Map

Heat Map is a visual representation of the wear pattern for a deck. It shows in colour scale what panels are replaced more frequently, allowing the users to determine where the high wear areas are located and deploy maintenance strategies to improve these areas. The wear pattern range can be customised to a specific period, deck layout or maintenance activities. Finally the wear life calculator can display the wear life in weeks for each row of the deck, which can be used to manage shutdown frequency and provide meaningful data to extend maintenance intervals.

  • Deck History

Gives the user a complete history of all deck layout revisions, maintenance activities, proposal and trial layouts in an easy to navigate interface.

  • Pre-Shut Report

Allows the user to generate a scope of works on what maintenance tasks are required for an upcoming shutdown and what parts are to be used.

  • Post-Shut Report

Provides a detailed report of the maintenance work undertaken, including the deck layout, panels replaced and parts quantities used.

  • Parts Report

Provides the parts used over multiple decks for a selectable date range, giving the exact quantities required to be ordered to correctly manage stock levels.

  • WearApp™

WearApp™ is the next stage in screening media management, by utilising AI to make smarter maintenance decisions. Taking a photo of a panel gives the user an easy to interpret interface which shows the wear on each aperture, the panel performance due to wear and pegging, if the panel will last until the next shutdown, wear rates, remaining life, average panel wear and much more.
WearApp™ gives the production and maintenance teams unparalleled information to take screening media maintenance to the next level.
