Pre-tensioned polyurethane screening media with molded holes primarily for fine to medium coarse screening in wet applications.

WK8500 is a long-lasting polyurethane panel reinforced with a flat steel bar frame for stability. Molded holes with release angles and the flexibility of the polyurethane reduce the risk of pegging and blinding of the cloth. The hole pattern can be tailored to fit special requirements – for example, with blank sections in areas with high localized wear. The high quality of the panels means long intervals between servicing and minimal maintenance requirements.
