High reduction concave
Our High Reduction (HR) concave – or fixed mantle – is part of our “short” chamber solutions. It has a unique shelf design that increases the crushing chamber pressure in finer applications.
This unique concave with its patented step feature has proven to offer up to 10% more final product compared to conventional designs, and offers up to 19% less recirculating load, creating a more efficient crushing circuit.
